Sokie Lee is a Movement Motivator, promoting health through gentle and mindful movements of Qigong and T'ai Chi. Sokie has taught classes at the 92Y, Lindblad/National Geographic, Hospital for Special Surgery, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, and Swedish Institute. An avid learner. Sokie continually focuses on the study of Qigong and T'ai Chi. She also enjoys kayaking, ping pong, scuba diving, cooking, and traveling. Born in Hong Kong, Sokie has lived in New York since age nine. Raised with a Chinese holistic lifestyle, Sokie continues that way of living today.
