Join exhibiting artist, Alison Kuo in a holiday ornament-making workshop at 1 Pike! Drop in any time between 3-6PM on Saturday, December 17th to learn how to make your own take home holiday ornament. We will learn basic sculptural techniques for using wire, hot glue, and string to attach objects to a structure. All materials will be provided, but participants will also be welcome to bring their own items to contribute. Free with no registration required. All ages welcome!

Alison Kuo is a second generation immigrant who pursues intersectional relationships across communities through artistic engagement. She is the co-founder of the group Sisters in Self-Defense based in Manhattan’s Chinatown.
